18+ / Age Verification and Content Policy

Adults-Only Access

A person may not access adult features, create an account, purchase content, subscribe, apply for casting, become a creator, appear in content, or otherwise participate unless they are at least 18 and legally permitted to do so. A person who is underage or uncertain whether access is lawful in their location must leave the site.

Misrepresenting age, identity, or authority is prohibited and may result in immediate restriction, preservation of relevant records, termination, and referral to appropriate authorities.

Identity and Age Verification

FanScenes may require government-issued photo identification, a selfie holding the identification, account information, electronic signatures, or additional verification. Creators, performers, additional performers, and casting applicants may be required to complete verification before approval, publication, payment, or participation.

Verification documents are sent to restricted private storage and are not intended for public profiles, feeds, or the WordPress Media Library. Failure or refusal to complete required verification may result in denial, delayed review, restricted access, removal of content, withheld publication, or account termination.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Any sexualized, nude, or exploitative depiction of a minor or a person represented as a minor.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, enticement, trafficking, or attempted exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, sexual assault, coercion, threats, blackmail, or content published without required permission.
• Content involving an unconscious, incapacitated, or materially impaired participant.
• Bestiality, unlawful violence, or other illegal content or conduct.
• Impersonation, forged identification, age misrepresentation, or use of another person's identity or records.
• Doxxing, credible threats, stalking, extortion, or disclosure of private verification information.
• Any content or conduct that violates FanScenes policies, agreements, or applicable law.

Labels, disclaimers, costumes, simulated settings, or user statements do not excuse content that violates this policy.

Consent, Boundaries, and Performer Records

Every participant must be an adult, identified, informed, and voluntarily consenting. Consent to one activity does not establish consent to another. Consent and boundaries must be discussed before production and respected throughout. A participant may stop or decline an activity.

Creators and producers are responsible for obtaining and preserving required releases, identity records, consent records, and other documentation. FanScenes may request those records and may restrict or remove content if satisfactory documentation is not available.

Creator, Casting, and Additional-Performer Review

Submitting an application, verification record, or agreement does not guarantee approval, publication, compensation, or a scheduled production. FanScenes may request corrections, additional information, updated documents, or separate shoot-specific consent and release forms.

Private meetings or direct arrangements that bypass FanScenes screening, communication, consent, and scheduling procedures are prohibited when the applicable casting or creator workflow requires administration through FanScenes.

Moderation and Account Action

FanScenes may investigate reports; temporarily restrict content or accounts; request proof; preserve records; remove or disable content; suspend payments or publication where legally permitted; and suspend or terminate accounts. Action may be taken before an investigation is complete when reasonably necessary to protect people, preserve evidence, or reduce legal or safety risk.

Report a Concern

Immediately report suspected minors, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, non-consensual content, identity fraud, or illegal material to legal@fanscenes.com. Include the URL, username, and a clear description. Do not download, redistribute, or attach suspected illegal material.

For an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services. FanScenes may report suspected criminal conduct or apparent child exploitation to law enforcement or legally authorized reporting organizations.

Local Law and Geographic Restrictions

Users are responsible for determining whether accessing, purchasing, uploading, producing, or participating in adult content is lawful where they are located. FanScenes may limit access or availability based on legal, processor, platform, or safety requirements.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service, verification practices, safety standards, or applicable law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
